1 day L3 Emergency Forestry First Aid

Being an Arborist is a physical & dangerous occupation.  You need to make sure your team is as competent in their First Aid  skills as they are in their tree work.

The FAA L3 Award in Emergency Forestry First Aid is 8 hours duration involving both practical scenario based elements & technical classroom based work.  It covers specialist subjects including:  Severe chainsaw injury, Catastrophic bleeding, Amputation, Crush injuries, Hypothermia, Lyme disease etc.

Learners will obtain an EFAW + F (Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry) qualification, enabling the learner to meet the requirements of the Forestry Commission First Aid at Work Policy.
